These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GlowOS, operated by Buena Vista Vision, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using GlowOS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

GlowOS is built for communities: chapters, associations, clubs, nonprofits, and professional teams. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms. By using GlowOS, you represent that you have that authority.

2. Accounts and Access

You sign in to GlowOS with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Enterprise plans may also sign in through their organization's single sign-on. You are responsible for the security of your email account and sign-in credentials, and for the actions of admins and co-hosts you invite. Notify us at support@glowospro.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Plans and Billing

GlowOS offers a free plan and paid plans priced by community size, as described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

4. Dues, Tickets, and Platform Fees

Communities can collect membership dues and ticket sales through GlowOS. Payments are processed by Stripe. GlowOS charges a platform commission on these payments, in addition to Stripe's processing fees. Current commission rates by plan are published on the pricing page and shown at checkout. You are responsible for setting your own prices, honoring your own refund commitments to members and attendees, and complying with tax obligations that apply to your community's revenue.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain access until that date. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: GlowOS and its underlying technology, including its proprietary event checklists, agent systems, content generation pipelines, and software, are owned by Buena Vista Vision, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the platform.

Confidential materials: the event checklists, phase frameworks, agent behaviors, and templates that GlowOS surfaces inside your account are Buena Vista Vision, Inc.'s confidential and proprietary information. They are made available to you solely for managing your own community within GlowOS. Accessing them creates no license to copy, compile, disclose, or reuse them outside the platform, and this restriction survives termination of your account.

Your data: you retain ownership of the events, member records, content, and other information you enter into GlowOS. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Member Communications

GlowOS sends newsletters, invitations, and member email on your community's behalf, under your community's name. You are responsible for having the right to contact the people on your lists, for the content you send, and for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your communications, including honoring unsubscribe requests.

9. AI-Generated Content

GlowOS uses AI to draft newsletters, social posts, run-of-show documents, outreach, and other content. AI output is a starting point and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing or sending it. Nothing produced by GlowOS constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

10. Third-Party Services

GlowOS integrates with third-party services and may link to third-party websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or accuracy.

11. Service Availability

We work to keep GlowOS available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buena Vista Vision, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GlowOS. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

GlowOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use GlowOS ceases immediately. Sections 6, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of GlowOS after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
