Since this is our first issue, let's start with who we are.

GlowOS builds AI tools that help run communities. Alumni chapters, nonprofits, professional groups, and clubs all depend on volunteer hours, and most of those hours get eaten up by admin work. GlowOS gives that time back.

Most communities plan their events carefully but never plan out the member's year. People join at different times, renewals catch them off guard, and often the only message a quiet member ever gets is a request for money.

Here is a prompt that fixes that in one sitting. Paste it into any AI tool.

"I run a member community of about [number] members who pay [amount] a year in dues. Members join throughout the year, so renewal dates are spread across the calendar. Before you answer, ask me what you still need to know. Then build me a twelve month member communication map for one member's first year: what they receive in their first week, what reaches them between events, when the first renewal reminder goes out and what the second and third ones say, and what I should send to a member who has not attended anything in six months. For each touchpoint give me the timing, the channel, and one sentence on the job it does."

Run it once and you'll have your map. If you do, reply and tell me what it turned up. I read every reply.

The harder question comes next: who actually sends all of it, every month, for every member, on the right date?
